Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Technical Support Advisor to join their team! This position is located in San Diego, California. Duties:
- Communicate emergency outage information
- Escalate outages to leadership for appropriate districts
- Perform audits of emergency outage data, review it to make sure its accurate
- Work out of the control center
- Provide technical guidance for unplanned electrical outages
- Provide real time electrical direction
- Review and edit documentation and reporting
- Help with system reviews, system enhancements, etc.
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 3+ years of experience
- Utilities background
- Engineering background
- Experience in Excel
- Experience working in control centers
- Able to work in fast pace environment
- Ability to listen and communicate
- Planning or operations experience
- Power systems experience is a plus
- Electrical engineering background
- Analyst background

The approximate pay range for this position is between $50.00 and $70.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
