  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (hardware and software) for internal and external enterprise customers, responding to requests through various channels.* Answer questions about product features, specifications, and repairs, including those related to warranty and critical support.* Provide solutions to customer problems via phone and online support.* Document case summaries and resolutions clearly in the Knowledge Management System (KMS).* Assist customers proactively to prevent future issues.* Represent the company at customer sites, industry events, and meetings.* Collaborate with team members to meet service level agreements (SLAs).* Support the Sales team as needed.* Completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in 2025 with a focus in Computer Engineering, Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, Informatics or any IT related degree* Up to 12 months of relevant experience* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish* Experience in troubleshooting in a technical environment.* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.* Software and hardware knowledge of computing, storage and peripheral devices.* Advanced proficiency with case management databases and tools.* Superior stakeholder management skills* Linux and Vmware experience* Server and storage architecture experience* Experience as an active leader on campus who strives to make a positive impact on the world* Comfort with working in a hybrid (virtual and face-to-face) environment* Exceptional communication and presentation skills and the ability to ask smart questions* Initial extensive onboarding to support you with adjusting into the role* Ongoing learning and development throughout the duration of the program* Be mentored by at least one senior member of the team and into a true professional with valuable relationships and international working experience* Competitive salary and great benefits* Great work-life balance including hybrid working and Wellness Fridays initiativeHPE is an Equal Employment Opportunity/ Veterans/Disabled/LGBT employer.
