Technical Specialist - Sparks Personnel Services : Job Details

Support and resolve issues related to servers, mainframes, and network devices, including WAN, IP Telephony, and wide-area-network services. Monitor system health and performance using diagnostic tests and surveillance tools, proactively addressing connectivity issues and assisting with help desk requests. Install and test communications equipment, implement system changes, and create technical documentation to support efficient troubleshooting and disaster recovery. Interface with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve installation issues, coordinate projects, and develop technical solutions for new integrations. Assist in the implementation and decommissioning of services, and train operations representatives on various networks and systems.
