This role is for an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Technical Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and implementation of integrations using OIC, focusing on both real-time and batch processes. This includes working with various technologies such as REST, SOAP, APIs, and PL/SQL, and integrating with Oracle SaaS modules and third-party systems. The position requires significant hands-on experience with OIC and related technologies within a SaaS environment, as well as strong problem-solving skills for day-to-day operational support and help desk issues. A hybrid work model is required, with three days per week on-site in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operations, including help desk issues and end-user support.- Design and development of Oracle integrations on OIC using file-based/REST/SOAP adapters.- Develop and deliver Oracle Integration Cloud-based integrations with Oracle SaaS and 3rd party applications.- Design, develop, unit test, performance tune, and implement real-time and batch integrations.- Conceptualize technical design options, identify the best option, and complete technical design specifications.- Design and develop Web services/APIs for cloud, on-premises, and hybrid solutions using OIC.- Build, handle errors, audit, schedule, deploy, monitor/alert integrations in OIC/ICS, and support end-to-end testing of integrations.- Leverage pre-built integrations, cloud adapters, connections, and SaaS applications in solutions.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or 10 years of experience in the Software field.- 7+ years of experience designing, developing, and testing software applications.- 7+ years of experience developing integrations using Oracle SOA, OIC, and other middleware suites.- 7+ years of experience interfacing between Oracle Cloud or ERP and 3rd party systems.- 3+ years of hands-on development and administration experience with OIC and Visual Builder Cloud Services (VBCS) in a SaaS environment.- 3+ years of experience working with Oracle SaaS modules (e.g., procurement, financials, projects).- 3+ years of experience with REST, API, SOAP, FBDI, PL/SQL, and Oracle Cloud-delivered Web Services.- End-to-end OIC implementation experience with at least one end-to-end Oracle SaaS/PaaS/IaaS implementation project.- Hands-on development experience with Oracle Database Cloud services (DBCS) and Managed File Transfer (MFT).- Thorough knowledge of OIC features (Mapping, Lookups, Connections, XSLT, Agents, Packages).- Demonstrated ability to leverage pre-built integrations, cloud adapters, connections, and SaaS applications in solutions.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience with Oracle Data Integrator.
