Job ScopeThe Site Manager is responsible for the oversight of Nalco's service team and scope of work execution on a day-to-day basis at our customer facilities. They are responsible for the safe execution of our scope of work and ensure it aligns with customer contract commitments. Duties will include planning and scheduling of work, supervision of technicians, coordinating the purchase of chemicals, spare parts, maintenance, and repairs of equipment, and ensuring that all contract terms & conditions and guarantees are satisfactorily managed. Communicate effectively with Nalco sales team and District Manager regarding SOW execution, project support, and service team performance. This position will require occasional weekend work and being on call to cover emergencies during off hours. The position requires a high level of professional leadership.

Compensation RangeThe pay range for this position is $60,600 - $91,000. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
