• Lead efforts to identify, analyze, and eliminate waste in manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Coach and mentor management and operators in Lean methodologies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Facilitate the implementation of Lean tools and techniques to optimize production processes and reduce costs.
• Work cross-functionally with teams to support the adoption of Lean principles and drive process improvements.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Lean initiatives and operational efficiency.
• Provide expertise in process redesign and improvement projects to drive operational excellence.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and the sharing of best practices.
