Technical Service Representative - Nesco Resource, LLC : Job Details

Well-established company in the North Country is looking for a Technical Services professional to join its growing team. • Assisting customer with troubleshooting and recommending repairs for companies product line
• Manage customer data in their CRM
• Reviewing blueprints and other technical documents in preparation of client quotes
• Work closely with sales, engineering, and supply chain with ongoing projects

• 3+ years of maintenance, technical customer service, or project engineering experience
• Associates or Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field preferred
• Experience with MS office products and a CRM platform
