Technical/ Science Intern- Virginia (Summer 2026) - BWX Technologies : Job Details

The candidate will be responsible for performing the following: Developing and delivering unique engineering solutions used in a nuclear environment. Creating/updating drawings and procedures. Participates in design testing, analysis, project management, and procurement of materials. OSH candidates will collect data, analyze, and design improvements to work environments and procedures. IT candidates will provide hardware, software, and other IT needed support. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications/ Requirements: Must be currently enrolled in an Associate's or Bachelors degree program pursuing a degree in Biology, Chemistry, Occupational Safety and Health, Computer Science, or other technical disciplines. Must be a US Citizen with no dual citizenship. Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) clearance.
