Retransform is currently seeking an SAAS Sales Manager responsible for establishing and driving sales activities for our real estate software products within the US Market. The role involves maintaining existing business and developing new prospects.

• Develop go-to-market strategies for the product/platforms.
• Establish and grow the customer base across the USA by increasing revenue through prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing enterprise client accounts.
• Report, monitor, and meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Manage prospective client relationships throughout all sales cycle phases.
• Provide consultative solution sales processes to prospects.
• Conduct sales presentations, both one-on-one and group.
• Identify and establish new opportunities via calls.
• Maintain customer retention rate up to 70% YoY.
• Track and report customer information, forecasts, and reports.
• Develop and maintain prospect and customer lists based on strategic marketing data and other sources.
• Plan and strategize channel sales activities with channel teams for end users and channels.
• Contribute to the product roadmap by providing regional requirements and feedback.
• Ensure all activities are maintained and managed through company systems (ERP, CRM, HRMS, etc.).
• Participate in events, associations, and trade shows across North America.

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is an advantage.
