Technical Sales Engineer - Sonos : Job Details

Consult with customers and partners to understand their requirements and provide Sonos product technical design recommendations ensuring alignment with their project objectives and expectations. Emphasis will be placed on high value commercial and residential sales opportunities. Collaborate with the Sonos sales team to understand customer requirements and create tailored Sonos audio product solutions, technical proposals, presentations, and documentation to support the sales process. Provide pre-sales technical support, answering inquiries, resolving technical issues, and addressing customer concerns. Create best practices documentation around Sonos implementations, 3rd party integrations and acoustic design. Assist in identifying the best audio solutions to meet customer specific needs, including how Sonos can integrate with other systems.
