Abode plays a critical role in managing the residential component of the Mass Save program, ensuring operational efficiency and ensuring that home performance contractors consistently adhere to program standards.
Mass Save recently launched a new statewide initiative called Turnkey Services, which aims to help moderate-income homeowners by providing incentives and a clear path for them to improve their homes with energy-saving upgrades, such as weatherization, heat pumps, and heat pump water heaters.
This role focuses on reviewing documentation submitted by contractors at several points throughout the processfrom the first planning stages to the project's completionand reaching out to resolve any issues identified. Abode's involvement not only helps contractors stay on track but also ensures that homeowners have a positive experience and get the support they need. This is a full-time, exempt position with total compensation targeted between $65K and $75K, depending on relevant skills and experience. The Specialist will work most of the time out of their own home, with some travel as needed to work with other staff in Abode's Concord office and/or to attend events or meetings.
