You'll develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns, craft hyper-personalized messaging, and build robust pipelines of senior engineering talent. - Own outbound sourcing for core tech roles (AI/ML, Product, Data Science, Development, etc).
- Design and execute multi-channel messaging campaigns that resonate with top-tier passive talent.
- Research market trends, identify talent hotspots, and adapt outreach strategies to drive response rates.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate on technical must-haves and team fit.
- Maintain data hygiene and leverage our ATS to track pipelines, outreach metrics, and engagement.
- Represent the TriEdge brand with authenticity, sharing our mission and engineering stories to spark interest.
What Success Looks Like (6-12 Months)
- Consistently hit or exceed outreach targets (e.g., # of reachouts, reply rates, screens booked).
- Build repeatable sourcing frameworks that yield diverse and qualified engineering slates.
- Build a pipeline of talent that can be accessed as new roles open up
What You Bring
- 3+ years in technical sourcing or recruiting, ideally in startups, SaaS, or tech consultancies.
- Experience running high-volume messaging campaigns using tools like Seekout, Gem, or LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Comfortable navigating complex technical profiles (think Kubernetes, GraphQL, multi-agent AI) and speaking credibly to engineers.
- Track record of building pipelines for hard-to-fill or senior technical roles.
- Creative approach to outreach with personalized, value-driven, and authentic messages
- Strong organizational chops with an eye on funnel metrics and pipeline health.
Bonus Points
- Exposure to regulated industries (healthcare, fintech, or similar).
- 1+ years of agency staffing experience
- Familiarity with structured hiring and calibration sessions.
- Data-driven mindset, running small A/B tests on messaging
- Experience sourcing via GitHub
Pay TransparencyThe annual base salary range for this position is $90,000-$130,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from the posted hiring range based upon work experience, and/or skill level, among other things.Benefits
