Location: San Jose, CA

Term: Full Time

Skills: We are looking for an experienced, self-starting, aggressive technical recruiter for our new Bay Area location. Qualified candidates should have the ability to identify quality job orders and candidates.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills and team player attitude.
  • Develop recruiting strategies using various tools to identify qualified candidates.
  • Evaluate candidates' strengths against client requirements through screening and interviews.
  • Negotiate wages and employment terms, securing commitments for current and future roles.
