Job Description

Join an innovative metal 3D printing startup as a Sr Technical Recruiter, where you'll be pivotal in building a team dedicated to revolutionizing manufacturing. With a focus on autonomous and scalable systems, this role offers high visibility and leadership opportunities as we expand globally.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high-touch experience throughout the recruiting process, maintaining an active pipeline for critical, hard-to-fill technical positions.
• Conduct full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, managing candidate debriefs, and extending offers.
• Collaborate with company leadership on headcount, requisitions, hiring strategies, and feedback.
• Mentor other recruiters within the team.
• Develop and scale talent acquisition functions, focusing on candidate experience, diversity and inclusion, intern/university recruiting, and onboarding.
• Analyze data, track metrics, and innovate methods to improve hiring processes.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional recruiting experience.
• 6+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• At least 1 year of in-house recruiting experience.
• Legal ability to work in the United States.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Engineering Recruiting.
• Ability to provide legal proof of identity and work authorization in the U.S.

Work Environment

Our state-of-the-art facility in Hawthorne spans 20,000 sq ft, offering large open spaces for collaboration, R&D, and production. Located in LA's vibrant tech ecosystem, with easy freeway access and surrounded by high-growth startups.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range is $100,000 - $135,000/year.
