Job Description :

As a Technical Project Manager in the SEM Department, you will:

  • Motivate the team to push boundaries, maintain quality, and uphold a sense of urgency with the right balance.
  • Have an excellent understanding of the product development flow.
  • Capable of translating high-level requirements into appropriate development team resources to ensure successful delivery according to the top-level program plan.
  • Keep the team focused and motivated throughout the development cycle.
  • Create and maintain project plans for the development team.
  • Manage outsourcing of development activities to co-developers.
  • Have experience managing complex engineering systems projects.
  • Proven track record of product delivery.
  • Understand multiple projects (hardware and software) and manage dependencies effectively.
  • Possess a good process background; project management certification is a plus.
  • Ability to understand system specifications, test specifications, and reports.
  • Possess an ownership mentality—aiming to deliver top quality at the right cost, first time right.
  • Be highly motivated, problem-solving, and self-driven.
  • Have good written and oral communication skills, capable of providing project planning with sound technical trade-offs.
  • Be a good team player in a multi-discipline, multi-cultural high-tech environment.
  • Lead project teams of 5-20 engineers.
  • Education and experience:

    • BS in Engineering Physics with relevant experience or a Master's degree or higher in Engineering (Electronics, Physics, Electrical, Mechanical, Material Science, or related fields).
    • 7+ years of experience in design, project management, or related fields, preferably in SEM or related technologies.
    • Experience managing complex projects involving electronics, firmware, and software.
    • Experience with Agile methodologies is highly regarded.
    • Knowledge of Wafer Inspection and Applications is a bonus.

    Skills:

    • Deep understanding of Physics and its application in technology development.
    • Expertise in risk management and navigating complex projects.
    • Proficiency in budget management and strategic decision-making.
    • Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts and coordinating with stakeholders and suppliers.
    • Ability to collaborate across teams and influence without authority.
    • Familiarity with project management tools and Agile methodologies.
