Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee projects for our client in Portland, OR. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, stakeholder coordination, and utility industry experience. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive project success while ensuring alignment with Clients' objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with client objectives.Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between client, internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.Budget & Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, optimize resource allocation, and ensure financial accountability.Risk & Compliance Management: Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, generate reports, and present progress updates to key stakeholders.Process Improvement: Drive efficiency by implementing best practices and process improvements for project execution.Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and motivation to cross-functional teams.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy/utilities sector.Strong understanding of client processes, regulations, and industry best practices.Experience managing budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders.Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).Knowledge of regulatory compliance and environmental considerations in utility projects.PMP certification is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with electric/gas infrastructure projects.Familiarity with California regulatory and utility standards.Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.Immediate interview
