Description York IT Solutions is hiring a Technical Project Manager in contract and remote capacity.Role: Technical Project ManagerLocation: RemoteRate: $90-$100 an hr W2Required Skills:Experience in managing projects involving Dynamics AX/365, Salesforce, or comparable ERP solutions, with a strong understanding of both the technical and operational components.Role Overview:The Senior Technical Project Manager will lead the migration project with a dual focus: to ensure smooth coordination of internal and external resources, and to act as a trusted advisor, providing insights into system selection and best practices. The right candidate will bring expertise in complex ERP migrations, integration with existing business ecosystems, and familiarity with systems like Dynamics 365 or Salesforce. This role is crucial to meeting the tight project timeline and supporting our organization's strategic objectives for modernization.Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; PMP or similar certification preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in technical project management, with proven expertise in ERP replatforming or complex system integrations.
  • Experience in managing projects involving Dynamics AX/365, Salesforce, or comparable ERP solutions, with a strong understanding of both the technical and operational components.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate tight deadlines and high-stakes environments; must be adept at aligning diverse stakeholders and managing expectations.
  • Strong background in system integration, with the capability to foresee and address cross-functional dependencies and intersystem connectivity issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, with an ability to convey technical details to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
