Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager specializing in crisis management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and experience in technical project management. This role involves establishing a PMO under the Tax Modernization Initiative within FinTech. The candidate will report to two PMs overseeing the entire initiative.
Responsibilities
Crisis Management: Address and resolve issues related to project delays and budget overruns.Program Management: Oversee the Tax Modernization Initiative, ensuring high communication and transparency.Detail-Oriented: Dive into the details to find solutions and ensure project success.Enterprise Tech Projects: Manage enterprise-level tech projects or implementations, especially in retail systems and item catalogs.Engineering Resources: Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, ETL specialists, infrastructure teams, and data pipelining experts.Stakeholder Communication: Manage stakeholder relationships, balancing various pressures.Agile Methodology: Use Agile practices (Kanban or Scrum) for effective project management.Project Planning: Utilize WRIKE for program planning and SDLC management.Flexibility: Adapt to building various models with unique requirements.Tax Technologies: Understanding of tax technologies is a plus.We are committed to creating inclusive environments where individuals can bring their full, authentic selves to work.
