What you will do...
- Play the role as the regional US Service owner
- Engage US key stakeholders to:
- Define and drive regional voice of customer routines to continuous collect service feedback
- Formulate and communicate customer/business requirements with global IT teams
- Collaborate with IT and business product owners to globally align service roadmap
- Host regional Business and IT review to confirm business development priorities
- Be the 1st line of business requirement reviewer to eliminate any ambiguity, seek clarifications and follow up to ensure all aspects of the requirements are covered and clearly documented
- Play the role as the technical project manager
- Collaborate with product owners and project managers (business and IT backend), to deliver solutions through project management phases from requirement specification, design to test and release
- Manage IT project schedule and ensure scope/quality control
- Manage incident resolution and Service request fulfillment
- ct as L2 support as the US part of a global 14/5 operation, front by Service Desk (L1)
- Monitor and maintain the service health and availability
- Manage enhancements/change requests
- Control normal change requests and delivery routines
- Facilitate and/or emergency change procedures
- Continuously improve L1/end user knowledge to increase self-service/service efficiency
- Define, document, and communicate support procedures and policies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- 5 to 7 years of experience in IT project management/service delivery of enterprise eBusiness portal
- Working knowledge / experience with
- Software development methodology (SDLC, Agile)
- Web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, SQL
- Project management (Agile/SCRUM, PMP)
- IT service management
- Verbal fluency in Mandarin
