This role involves effectively communicating with team members and stakeholders, driving product delivery, and managing change at all organizational levels. The ideal candidate will excel in leading teams within a demanding, rapid-paced environment, ensuring the successful completion of projects.Key Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and run technology solutions, adhering to clients' implementation methodology.
• Deliver programs and projects within the specified targets and manage IT Application and Infrastructure change requests.
• Execute effective change management through consistent application of change management processes.
• Drive customer-facing and internal change management activities for stakeholder engagement.
• Support the product owner with stakeholder communications, manage project scope, schedules, and lead agile ceremonies.

Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Proven experience in change management principles and methodologies.

Required Domain Experience

• Experience managing IT project delivery within a matrix organization is highly preferred. Certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or Six Sigma are considered a plus.
