We are seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager/Scrum Master to support enterprise-wide Agile programs in a technology-focused environment. This dual-role position combines Agile facilitation, strategic program delivery, compliance oversight, and executive-level communication to optimize team performance and business impact.

Scrum Master Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews

• Remove obstacles and foster continuous improvement and team accountability

• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile practices

• Monitor sprint progress and key metrics using JIRA and Confluence

• Ensure alignment between product owners, development teams, and business stakeholders

️ Program Management:

• Partner with technology leadership on initiatives, including AI/tech deployments

• Manage project milestones, change control, and deliverable timelines

• Perform financial/resource analysis to optimize cost and efficiency

• Enhance compliance and audit readiness through process governance

• Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders for flawless execution

Executive & Operational Support:

• Create executive presentations and data dashboards using PowerPoint and BI tools

• Develop training content and KPI dashboards for team integration and performance tracking

• Maintain BI dashboards in Confluence and other analytics platforms

• 7+ years in technology project/program management, business analysis, or executive support (preferably in financial services)

• 3+ years serving as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and BI/reporting tools

• Experience managing JIRA user stories, sprints, and backlog grooming

• Exceptional communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor's degree in technical, analytical, or business discipline

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent) preferred
