About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex, high-impact projects for a real-time, interactive live commerce platform. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work cross-functionally, and drives projects from conception through launch with minimal guidance.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 5–7+ years as a TPM in Agile/Scrum environments with minimal supervision needed.
• Proven track record managing complex projects from conception to launch.
• Strong technical aptitude — able to work closely with engineers (not just process-focused).
• Solid understanding of SDLC, PDLC, Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Hands-on expertise with Jira (required) and Airtable (preferred).
• Background in livestreaming, e-commerce, or real-time platform technologies (e.g., live shows, auctions, live selling).
• Excellent communication skills, proactive, and highly collaborative.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or Information Systems.
