Role and Responsibilities:
· Work with global teams to ensure that technology integration projects are delivered as per the requirements with high quality and on time.
· Identify stakeholders by collaborating with cross-functional teams (product management, software engineering, executives) across multiple geographies.
· Use effective project/program management techniques to work closely with stakeholders to define scope, goals and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
· Own end-to-end project delivery with a focus of on-time and high quality. Define and track project deliverables by working closely with stakeholders.
· Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify risks, issues and contingency plans.
· Communicate status and dashboards on a regular basis with the stakeholders on structured status report and presentation slides.
· Correctly represent the urgency of issues and escalate issues appropriately.
· Lead and drive process change and improvement.
· Develop and manage program schedules, milestones and deliverables.
· Contribute to R&D efforts by creating high-value products that address unmet enterprise market needs.
Required Experience and Education:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent.
· 10+ years' professional experience in software engineering program and project management.
· Experience in building mobile and web applications.
· Understanding of building products in digital health
· Demonstrated experience working with technology partners (of all sizes), to deliver software solutions & projects involving multiple stakeholder teams.
· Full understanding of how to manage end-to-end product lifecycle, from idea inception through development and launch.
· Ability to generate and present professional presentation slides and documentation.
· Demonstrated experience communicating effectively across disparate organizational structures and multiple management levels.
· Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Office Suite.

Pay Rate: $79.00 - $ 94.00 (DOE)
