Job Title: Technical Program Manager (Hybrid) Job Location: New York, NY | Pay: 83/hr Role Summary

• As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for scoping and delivering large projects end-to-end.
• This includes collecting business and systems requirements from internal and external customers, writing specifications, driving project schedules from design to release, and managing the production launch.
• You will lead and coordinate design/implementation efforts between internal teams, partners (such as Microsoft), and external customers to develop optimal solutions for new data engineering and distribution.
• You will be expected to make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market, clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and remote project teams.
• Additionally, you will participate in the overall project planning, collaborating with various functions and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• A key part of your role will also be the ability to bridge and integrate engineering practices with infrastructure dependencies and deliveries to align the delivery objectives.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical and program management background, demonstrated experience leading medium to large projects, and a well-rounded technical background in current audio device technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
• Break down large, complex projects into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, and deliver them in a timely manner.
• Work with Engineering leadership, Product Management, and Business Development to help define requirements and roadmaps.
• Drive efficiencies in engineering development and ensure the right things are delivered to Customers at the right time.

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 10+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience in project implementation in public cloud like AWS/azure.
• Ability to communicate with technical engineering teams with clarity and purpose.
• Ability to manage high levels of ambiguity and drive for results.
• Agile and continuous improvement mindset, including familiarity with agile practices, at scale best practices and related tooling (i.e. Azure DevOps Boards for Backlogs).

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects.
• Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.
• Demonstrate executive communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely to senior leadership and stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project status and key insights.
• Knowledgeable in creating and managing enterprise Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
