We are seeking a strong Technical Program Manager to work across our Infrastructure and Product teams, focusing on incident management and stability efforts. You will be embedded within the Infrastructure Engineering team and partner with leadership across the organization to enhance Whatnot's security and quality.

  • Drive the Infrastructure engineering roadmap, strategy, and execution of cross-functional initiatives.
  • Prioritize key technical initiatives and features to ensure high-quality, reliable, discoverable, and secure data for internal customers.
  • Identify and implement efficiency improvements for Infrastructure to support business growth.
  • Develop processes based on data and modeling to review and improve capacity needs.
  • Communicate roadmap, progress, and insights clearly to key teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure the engineering team operates effectively, unblock them, and enable rapid progress.
  • Drive strategic initiatives across the company as needed.

As our next Technical Program Manager, you should have 6+ years of relevant experience, including:

  • Leading complex, multidisciplinary, and highly visible technical and operational initiatives.
  • Thriving in ambiguous environments, making decisions with limited information under high pressure.
  • Building roadmaps and project/release plans with dependency management.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills to work with stakeholders and data sets.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and a proven track record of achieving stretch goals in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Salary: $178,000 to $235,000 per year, plus benefits and equity. Final salary depends on experience, skills, and level.
