Technical Program Manager, Global Business GroupWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join us in building the future of how businesses connect and grow on Meta. As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a key role with our Business Engineering organization, driving a portfolio of advertiser-centric projects that span the entire organization. Where software engineering meets digital advertising, that's where you'll find us.Technical Program Manager, Global Business Group ResponsibilitiesManage cross-functional Business Engineering programs in a matrix organization covering a range of products across all lines of the businessDevelop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time deliveryProvide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phasesPerform risk management and change management on projectsIdentify opportunities to maximize productivity through reducing execution times, streamlining ways of working and scaling best practicesSupport consistent, principled evaluation of development projects based on value and impactInterface with Engineering teams and cross-functional partners for project requirements and scopeMinimum QualificationsBachelors in a technical discipline or equivalent experience6+ years of experience of program management or equivalent experienceExperience communicating to software engineering and knowledge of architecture and designCommunication experience and experience working with technical management teamsOrganizational, coordination and multi-tasking experienceInterpersonal experience, including relationship building and collaboration within cross-functional teamAnalytical and problem-solving experienceExperience with large-scale systemsFor those who live in or expect to work from California if hired for this position, please click here for additional information.About MetaMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
