Our OneTech North American Quality (NAQ) Systems & Technology Platforms team seeks a passionate and highly motivated Technical Product Owner. The role involves leading application development and support, reporting to the Engineering Manager, and supporting the team's objectives to develop technology solutions aligned with business goals.

• Prioritize Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Support backlog.
• Initiate Operational Acceptance Process (OAP) for new applications, ensuring documentation is complete.
• Ensure project/product teams follow Agile frameworks and policies.
• Build strong relationships with business counterparts and support projects and operations proactively.
• Own problems or outages, ensuring proper problem reporting mechanisms.
• Communicate effectively with engineers in an agile environment.
• Propose countermeasures for escalated issues.
• Manage project budgets, backlog, timelines, stakeholder communication, and user stories.
• Manage product team resources, including interviewing and onboarding new team members.
• Review and submit Statements of Work, requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Maintain accuracy of CMDB/APM/CI.
• Own professional development in technology, management, and leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or 7 years of professional experience.
• Broad IT experience with complex applications and solutions.
• Strong communication skills to influence and persuade leadership.
• Experience in application support and SLA management.
• Understanding of OneTech processes and applications (e.g., CMDB, ServiceNow, JIRA).
• Knowledge of AWS Cloud, Java, Angular, Scrum/Agile methodologies.

• Experience managing large-scale system projects.
• Automotive or manufacturing industry experience.
