Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to build the product, including creation of user stories, acceptance criteria, user testing, and release timelines.
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch, managing sprints, backlogs, and releases.
• Manage relationships with external system integration partners to define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with development teams to address roadblocks and employ product modules, features, and complex functionality.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Gather and analyze user feedback, system performance trends, and data analytics to inform product improvements.
• Ensure the technology stack aligns with enterprise-wide IT strategy and best practices.
• Ensure best-in-class technology principles are applied to product development.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams, including data analysts, developers, and engineers, to drive product success.
• Plan and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions with business stakeholders.
• Work with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure products meet industry regulations.
• Define and track KPIs such as user adoption, development timelines, and product quality.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous innovation.
• Identify opportunities to enhance product performance, user experience, and market positioning.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the product and organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Insurance, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within insurance analytics or technology.
• Problem-solving skills aimed at overcoming roadblocks and developing intuitive solutions.
• Analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of APIs, cloud computing, SaaS, software development, and data analytics tools.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Aha!.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver complex products.
• Familiarity with commercial insurance (P&C), underwriting, claims processing, or regulatory compliance.
