The Platform team is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to join us in building backend services powering CoStar's products. You will work primarily in .NET on AWS components, impacting thousands of end users.

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
• Proven commitment to previous employers.
• Experience building and launching scalable products/platforms for millions of users.
• 5+ years of deep .NET (C#) development experience.
• 3+ years of database design, T-SQL, and performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design and software patterns.
• Experience with application performance testing and unit testing strategies.
• Solid understanding of HTTP concepts.

• Ability to facilitate discussions and build consensus among developers.
• Experience with .NET Core, NPM, NuGet, AWS or Azure.
• Willingness to mentor other developers.
