Technical Lab Application Analyst - UnityPoint Health : Job Details

Issue Resolution. Independently supports, designs, and resolves complex issues with IT internal infrastructure, networking, interfaces and data automation, security setups, automation scripting, computer OS, various clinical hardware systems, SSO, browsers and Citrix systems in adherence with service expectations and change management policies. Works with vendors and other IT teams to implement and maintain interfaces, data automation processes, server backup processes, and application automation. Frequently works with other IT teams, regional operations, and Biomed to replace, configure, add new, integrate, test, and implement various hardware and software systems. Takes ownership of escalated customer issues and works with multiple parties and/or vendor to help resolve issue. Debugs system automation, scripting, patches and provides resolutions.
