Overview
We are seeking a Technical Instructor & Course Developer to support the Combined Arms Center (CAC) Enterprise SharePoint environment. Responsibilities include delivering high-impact training and developing instructional materials for Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint 2021/SPO, and related Army collaboration tools. The role aims to enhance CAC's digital workplace and process automation goals.

- Must be a U.S. citizen with a favorable background investigation and meet DoD IT Level II/III clearance requirements.

- Duration: 7 months
- Pay Rate: $26/hour - $31/hour

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver instructional materials for Microsoft 365, SharePoint 2021/SPO, InfoPath, and Teams.
- Create technical and training documentation such as System Deployment Guides, User Guides, and Project Reports.
- Maintain CAC Portal instructional pages.
- Lead SharePoint content development and UI/UX design.
- Support system operations, patching, compliance, and continuity planning.
- Maintain web content including the CAC Portal and subordinate sites.
- Administer ArmyU SQL Server databases securely.
- Provide weekly platform status updates and KPI reports via SharePoint dashboards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, Instructional Design, or related fields.
- At least three years of experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint (2021/SPO).
- DoD 8140.03 / DoDD 8570.1M IAT Level II or III certification.
- IT Level III under AR 25-2.
- Experience designing instructional and visual materials, including videos and live training.
- Experience supporting enterprise collaboration environments with compliance to STIGs and RMF.
- Preferred: Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office M365, web graphics/marketing tools, SharePoint usability and branding experience.
- Ability to support helpdesk, database administration, and platform maintenance following ITIL and ISO 20000 standards.
