We are looking for a Technical Documentation Specialist (TDS) who will support Coastal Source and its dealers by creating and maintaining best-in-class support, training, and marketing materials. This is a cross-functional support role that reports to the VP of Product Management.
NOTE: Coastal Source is committed to fostering in-person collaboration, which is vital to our mission of operating as one. To support this commitment, employees are expected to either reside within a 30-mile radius of Gainesville, FL or report in-person daily to our Marathon, FL location. The salary offered will take into consideration the location, technical, and industry experience of the selected candidate.

With an associate's degree or higher in communications, marketing, or a related field, you bring experience crafting everything from product manuals to training guides—blending words, visuals, and digital media with ease. You're a confident communicator, a meticulous editor, and a dependable teammate who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, family-style environment. Most importantly, you're brimming with fresh ideas to elevate processes and push creative boundaries.
