#x 9; Lead the technical direction of the lab and product development for polyurea/polyurethane systems. Manage and mentor a team of 3 lab technicians, providing leadership and guidance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product development) to optimize processes and scale new products. Oversee product formulations, ensuring customer needs and industry regulations are met. Spearhead research into new technologies and materials to stay ahead of industry trends. Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures to meet internal and external regulatory standards. Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to ISO, OSHA, and other safety standards. Collaborate with the sales team and clients to understand market needs and support technical sales efforts. Lead troubleshooting and process improvement initiatives to enhance product performance.
