Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Technical Cybersecurity Specialist to support our growing security operations and technical support needs. Position Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze security events using SIEM tools and respond to incidents in real time
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and remediation tracking
- Maintain and improve internal security controls aligned with TISAX and ISO 27001 standards
- Support the implementation and testing of incident response plans, including tabletop exercises
- Collaborate with IT and sites to ensure secure system configurations and access controls
- Assist in vendor security assessments and annual reviews
- Document and maintain security policies, procedures, and audit evidence for compliance reporting
- Participate in phishing simulations, remedial training, and user awareness programs
- Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems, and help develop solutions
- Support PC hardware components, desktop operating system software, and application software
- Perform minor repairs to equipment and arrange for other servicing needs
- Identify and report system issues to vendors; monitor and test resolution of those issues sent to vendors
- Record activities, solutions, and other responses to request-for-services
- Assist in maintaining inventory records and documentation for equipment
- Contribute to technical documentation and participate in policy, procedure, and standards development
- Produce backup technical support to network including, route firewall, and wireless access point
Position Requirements:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related subject
- Requires a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in cybersecurity operations or IT security
- Strong understanding of network security, endpoint protection, and access management
- Experience with SIEM platforms, vulnerability scanners, and endpoint detection tools
- Experience with Windows 11 and recent versions of Microsoft Office Applications (M365)
- Experience with networking technologies and printer support
- Awareness of PC Hardware components, desktop operating system software, and application software
- Understanding of current and emerging technology trends in the PC industry
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
