Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Technical Cybersecurity Specialist to support our growing security operations and technical support needs. Position Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze security events using SIEM tools and respond to incidents in real time
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and remediation tracking
  • Maintain and improve internal security controls aligned with TISAX and ISO 27001 standards
  • Support the implementation and testing of incident response plans, including tabletop exercises
  • Collaborate with IT and sites to ensure secure system configurations and access controls
  • Assist in vendor security assessments and annual reviews
  • Document and maintain security policies, procedures, and audit evidence for compliance reporting
  • Participate in phishing simulations, remedial training, and user awareness programs
  • Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems, and help develop solutions
  • Support PC hardware components, desktop operating system software, and application software
  • Perform minor repairs to equipment and arrange for other servicing needs
  • Identify and report system issues to vendors; monitor and test resolution of those issues sent to vendors
  • Record activities, solutions, and other responses to request-for-services
  • Assist in maintaining inventory records and documentation for equipment
  • Contribute to technical documentation and participate in policy, procedure, and standards development
  • Produce backup technical support to network including, route firewall, and wireless access point
Position Requirements:
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related subject
  • Requires a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in cybersecurity operations or IT security
  • Strong understanding of network security, endpoint protection, and access management
  • Experience with SIEM platforms, vulnerability scanners, and endpoint detection tools
  • Experience with Windows 11 and recent versions of Microsoft Office Applications (M365)
  • Experience with networking technologies and printer support
  • Awareness of PC Hardware components, desktop operating system software, and application software
  • Understanding of current and emerging technology trends in the PC industry
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
