We are seeking a skilled and motivated VR/AR Technical Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary contact for our customers on technical topics, providing guidance and support to users, creators, and developers to maximize product value. Candidates should have advanced knowledge of the Unity engine.
Your goal is to ensure user success and satisfaction with our product.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating high-quality documentation, guides, and creator materials.
- Conducting onboarding, workshops, and training sessions for clients and partners to facilitate seamless integration.
- Providing demos, technical guidance, and support, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing product use.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients' developers to understand their needs and ensure successful adoption.
- Monitoring usage and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive success initiatives.
- Gathering user feedback and insights to inform the product team.
- Proposing proactive improvements to products and services.
Requirements:
- Strong technical background with proficiency in Unity Engine and VR/XR technologies.
- Deep product knowledge with the ability to clearly explain features and use cases.
- Experience in project management, acting as the key point of contact for technical teams during customer engagement.
- Ability to conduct interviews, gather feedback, and prepare reports.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple accounts.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Autonomous and proactive work style.
