Technical Customer Service Specialist – Elk Grove Village, IL

$65,000-$75,000/Year – Full Benefits including 401K Match, Plus Hybrid Schedule after Training!

We are looking for a Technical Customer Service Specialist to support our customers and ensure prompt resolutions. We are a commercial soda dispenser manufacturer that provides machines for restaurants and businesses all over the Midwest. Responsibilities:

• Supporting our valued customers with inquiries regarding accounts, products, services, and order status.
• Providing up-to-date information on pricing, as well as updates on shipping and changes in services.
• Collaborate closely with the technical support team to assist with any overflow customer inquiries, helping to troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
• Develop a strong knowledge of the products we offer in order to better understand issues and aid our customers in resolving them.
• Assist with processing returns, as well as ensuring any complaints are forwarded to the correct internal department.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years' experience in customer service.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred.
• Comfortable using MS Suite.
