Job Purpose

The Custom Doc Technical Consultant is responsible for the configuration, creation, testing, deployment, and quality assurance of all custom forms accessible through ICE Mortgage Technology's (IMT) Encompass Document Solution (EDS) service. The role involves working with partner project teams, including EDS Product, Technical Development, Publishing, and Product Compliance resources, as well as directly with clients and/or Investors, to define, scope project requirements, and requests from concept through development and release.

Responsibilities
  • Leverage mortgage industry expertise to assist clients/investor Partners in the use of ICE Mortgage Technology software solutions.
  • Oversee, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the form creation and update process for clients/investors.
  • Collaborate with clients/investors to resolve complex problems in a timely manner and ensure business requirements are validated and escalated as required.
  • Work with internal teams to communicate and document project requirements and expectations effectively.
  • Manage projects according to the Custom Document workflow, ensuring milestones are met, documenting all aspects accurately in CRM, maintaining time records, and conducting QA and production testing.
  • Maintain Departmental Standards by driving service level attainment, promoting professional communication, and adhering to company policies.
  • Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Six (6) years mortgage industry or product development experience, or two (2) years if specialized in mortgage industry or product development.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Experience using desktop loan origination applications.
  • Effective presentation, communication, and pipeline management skills.
  • Ability to organize, manage shifting priorities, and recognize solutions effectively.
  • Teamwork, professionalism, and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
