Role Overview

This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the technical aspects of our products and services, including how they integrate into customer operations. The candidate should understand both software and hardware functions, assess and define suitable solutions, and build customer confidence in our technical offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Provide in-depth technical knowledge related to products, systems, or projects needing guidance or solutions.

Engage at various project stages, including specification refinement, design, and management.

Perform analysis, ensure accuracy, recommend solutions, and consider feasibility and risk assessments, aligning with client needs.

Monitor implementation plans when applicable.

Collaborate with business, technical, operations, and end-user teams to achieve desired outcomes.

Guide client negotiations and review system requirements to ensure business needs are met.

Serve as Subject Matter Expert on complex projects, guiding understanding of requirements and impacts.

Lead or participate in client meetings, joint ventures, vendor discussions, and solution development with internal teams.

Use independent judgment to resolve complex issues based on expertise.

Advise on industry best practices and trends.

Interact with leadership, including senior management and clients.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 10+ years relevant experience, scripting knowledge, banking industry understanding, data structures, and experience working with end-users.

Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, MIS, Business, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Oracle PL/SQL, database administration, C/C++, VB.NET, ASP.NET, UNIX/Linux, and relevant certifications such as Oracle, Java, or PCI.

Skills & Capabilities

Broad expertise, ownership of functions, and ability to lead complex projects. Ability to analyze significant issues, exercise independent judgment, and coordinate across multiple groups.
