POSITION SUMMARY
The role of Technical Advisor directly supports the company's mission to develop and deliver clean power plants that make 100% renewable energy a reality for the world. The Technical Advisor (TA) will play a crucial role in ensuring Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance, guiding and advising the customer's Balance of Plant (BOP) contractor to achieve the required quality standards during the Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) installation and finishing process. The TA will provide specialized technical expertise and guidance on the mechanical and electrical installations of the Nordex wind turbine and components within, ensuring adherence to all instructions and proactively preventing any deviations. The TA will interface with both the customer and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and handover.

The pay for this role is non-exempt at $30.00 - $32.00 hourly with up to a 5% bonus. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
