In 2024, Epsilon launched Epsilon Accelerate, an evolution of Yieldify combined with Epsilon's award-winning technologies, to provide best-in-class website personalization, conversion optimization, and customer journey solutions—helping us deliver smart, personalized marketing to even more brands around the world. Our team is currently seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support Epsilon Accelerate. The TAM will report to the Principal Technical Account Manager and will be the main point of contact for our US teams, both internally and externally. This is a hybrid role based in New York City.
What You'll Achieve
Develop in-depth knowledge of Epsilon Accelerate. You will join the team of experts across Accelerate and be the “go-to” person in the US.Build strong and positive relationships with internal teams and customers within the US region.Support client calls, demos, and technical support.Liaise directly with Technical and Product teams to deliver tailored solutions for our clients' problems.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing workload to ensure smooth campaign launches within deadlines—prioritization is key.Optimize and measure the effectiveness of the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a strong foundation for launch.Work closely with our Quality Assurance team to uphold quality standards.Enable other teams to act more autonomously by supporting training materials for Sales/Services and presenting these within the US region.Serve as the point of contact in the US for client escalations.Support, optimize, and standardize workflows to improve efficiency.Provide insights on the US market regarding accountability and resource planning (KPIs, resource triggers, weekly/QBP reporting).Who You Are
What you'll bring with you:
- A bachelor's degree
- 5+ years in a creative or digital marketing role
- 5+ years of ecommerce marketing experience focusing on technology
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS (ability to identify and construct CSS selectors). Knowledge of Regular Expressions and JavaScript or TypeScript is a plus but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people, bridging technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong active listening and note-taking skills; asking the right questions and acting on responses promptly.
- A demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement.
- A team player attitude—collaborating to deliver results is as important to us as it is to you.
