Hiring in 3 locations: New York, Los Angeles and Chicago

We are seeking a hands-on and tech-savvy Tech Support Analyst to support local warehouse operations by ensuring the smooth operation of internal software platforms, network infrastructure, and essential hardware systems. This role is vital for minimizing operational downtime and improving workflow efficiency across all functions of the warehouse.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in fast-paced environments and serving as the first line of technical support for both software and hardware issues, while also generating operational data reports to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Software Support

  • Provide day-to-day support for internal operating systems used in shipment tracking and warehouse management
  • Assist users with software navigation, login/access issues, and troubleshooting.
  • Offer training and onboarding support for new software features and tools.

2. Data Reporting

  • Generate and distribute data reports related to operational KPIs, shipment tracking, and internal control.
  • Identify anomalies in data and work with relevant teams to address inconsistencies.
  • Assist in setting up automated reporting processes where applicable.

3. Hardware & Networking Support

  • Install, configure, and maintain warehouse technology hardware, including:
  • Barcode/label printers
  • Network switches and Wi-Fi access points
  • Sorting machines and scanners
  • Office and mobile computing devices
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware failures and escalate complex issues to appropriate IT staff or vendors.
  • Monitor local networking equipment to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.

4. Documentation & Operations Support

  • Maintain detailed logs of incidents, configurations, and support resolutions.
  • Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for hardware setup and software use.
  • Participate in system upgrades, audits, and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • College diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with basic IT support or systems administration, preferably in warehouse or operations settings.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows-based systems and peripheral devices.
  • Familiarity with using spreadsheets and basic reporting tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a physically active environment and support a shift-based operational model.

Preferred:

  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or logistics software.
  • Exposure to SQL, scripting, or basic automation tools.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (e.g., TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP).
  • Able to speak Chinese

Work Environment & Schedule:

  • Full-time, on-site position at warehouse or office locations.

Occasional after-hours or weekend support may be required
