As part of the Technology Strategy team you will drive strategic initiatives that shape the future of our clients in the Energy, Utilities, and Resources sectors. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and maintain impactful executive-level client relations, making sure that our solutions align with industry trends and client needs. What You Must Have:

- Bachelor's Degree

- 9 years of experience

What Sets You Apart:

- Master's Degree and/or MBA preferred

- Demonstrating work experience in a consulting environment serving Energy, Utilities & Resources clients

- Demonstrating extensive knowledge within the Energy and Utilities sectors

- Supporting large scale system transformations

- Assisting with IT strategy and effectiveness

- Understanding cloud infrastructure and mobility

- Executing quantitative and qualitative analyzes

- Understanding Intellectual Capital development

- Possessing negotiation and conflict resolution skills

- Excelling with Due diligence, Program Value Realization, IT strategy and effectiveness, ERP / Sourcing strategy and Program/Project standup and management (overall PMO)

- Possessing experience with business requirements analysis, business case development, infrastructure architecture, system/data architecture and design, and solution architecture

Travel Requirements Up to 60%
