About the IT/Tech Recruitment Manager Position

We are looking for a competent Recruitment Consultant to assist our clients in finding the best software engineers and IT professionals to staff their businesses. You'll attract candidates, screen them, and match them to appropriate positions. Creating recruiting strategies and building relationships are very important duties as well.

Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:

• Assuming responsibility for pre-interview screening
• Matching the most suitable candidates to different positions
• Creating relationships with job seekers and providing advice
• Facilitating and finalizing agreements between candidate and employer
• Finding clients and fostering long-term relationships
• Understanding client requirements
• Employing recruiting methods to attract candidates
• Evaluating resumes and applications
• Sourcing candidates using databases, social media, etc.

Recruitment Consultant Requirements:

• Solid computer productivity skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms
• Great customer service skills

Nice to Haves but Not Required:

• BA/BSc in Human Resource Management or a related field
• Background in tech or any general technical knowledge
