Tech Lead - Futures HFT

A leading proprietary trading firm is seeking a Tech Lead to drive the development of a next-generation HFT platform for Futures. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will architect and build ultra-low-latency systems that sit at the heart of the firm's global trading operations.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of HFT infrastructure, this includes market connectivity and order execution to signal integration and performance tuning. Working directly with traders and quantitative researchers, you'll ensure the platform meets the demanding latency, throughput, and reliability requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the technical architecture and implementation of HFT trading systems in global futures markets.
• Build ultra-low-latency infrastructure for market data processing, signal ingestion, and order execution.
• Optimize system performance across every layer
• Partner closely with quants and traders to integrate strategies and align technology with trading objectives.
• Own production stability and performance tuning of systems operating in live, latency-critical environments.
• Guide a team of engineers and act as the primary technical contact for the futures HFT desk.

What You'll Need:

• Deep expertise in C++ (with supporting experience in Python)
• Prior experience designing and maintaining HFT trading platforms, ideally focused on futures or other listed derivatives.
• Strong understanding of exchange protocols, market microstructure, and order book dynamics in global futures markets.
• Proven track record of performance optimization at the system and network level
• Ability to lead complex technical initiatives and collaborate effectively with cross-functional trading teams.
