The expectation of this position is to provide support by being the communication channel between the company and growers in order to achieve production objectives. The essential functions of this position are as follows: achieve flock production objectives; provide communication flow between Cobb and the growers; achieve flock health status; provide technical support; achieve flock genetic objectives; and communicate effectively with other company departments. Requirements:Education: Requires broad knowledge in a general professional field normally acquired through four 4 years of college, resulting in a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Experience: Three 3 plus years of poultry management-related experience. Computer Skills: Standard skills are required.
