About the Role

We're looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented Team Support Coordinator to help keep our office running smoothly and our teams focused on what they do best. In this role, you'll provide day-to-day support to functional leaders and HR across a variety of tasks—from scheduling and documentation to coordination and communication.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being helpful, learning new things, and stepping in wherever needed. You'll be a central resource for the team—someone everyone can count on to get things done with care and professionalism.

What You'll Do

General Team Support

  • Assist department leaders with scheduling meetings, organizing files, and tracking tasks
  • Help coordinate recurring team processes, events, or communications
  • Support project logistics and follow-ups—no two days are the same

HR & People Operations Assistance

  • Help with scheduling interviews, onboarding new hires, and preparing new employee materials
  • Maintain accurate records, help track training/compliance needs, and support engagement activities

Office & Administrative Tasks

  • Ensure the office is well-stocked and functioning smoothly (supplies, mail, printing, vendors, etc.)
  • Support with internal communications and announcements
  • Assist in planning and executing in-person and virtual events
