Job Requirements and Essential Functions:

• Strong preference for internal promote from Hourly Champion position.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass background check criteria and drug test.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Basic business math skills are necessary.
• Able to stock shelves and coolers efficiently.
• Capable of overseeing and managing subordinate employees.
• Physical ability to sweep, mop, and lift up to 50 lbs. during 90% of your shift.
• Willingness to keep the parking lot and surrounding grounds clean and tidy.
