Team Member Relations Specialist - Giant Eagle : Job Details

The Team Member Relations Specialist is a key partner for stores and field leadership and provides expertise, coaching, and advice primarily in the areas of employee relations, employee programs, and interpretation of policies and procedures. Working in close partnership with the Regional and Store leaders, the Team Member Relations Specialist is accountable for utilizing project management, facilitation, communication expertise to deliver relevant and effective employee relations solutions. Job Description. Experience Required: 2 years HR Generalist. Experience Required: 2 - 3 years Employee (team member) relations experience. Experience Desired: MS Office suite, specifically well versed in excel. Experience Desired: Workday HCMS, Kronos, Convercent or similar GRC software solutions. Education Desired: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field. Candidates must be willing to travel to store locations to conduct HR/ ER Investigations as required.
