Toyotas Human Resources Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Analyst, Team Member Relations for Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky (TMMK). The primary responsibility of this role is to support team members (T - Ms) and manufacturing leadership in their resolution of concerns and to appropriately interpret and consistently apply policies and procedures. Reporting to the Team Member Relations Manager, the person in this role will support the department's objective to maintain and improve positive team member relations and ensure TMMKs success. This position is based in Georgetown, Kentucky. The selected candidate will be expected to reside within commutable distance of this location.
