Starting Wages: $60,000 - $70,000, plus potential bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Train and mentor Production Professionals.
- Ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and cost requirements are met in assigned departments.
- Oversee multiple activities and take ownership of department responsibilities.
- Maintain strong knowledge of production principles and equipment.
- Manage and troubleshoot technological tools used in production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups to execute plant-wide initiatives.
- Perform additional tasks to support the plant as needed.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year as a shift lead, supervisor, assistant manager, or an Associate's Degree.
- Proven leadership, persuasion, initiative, analytical, and communication skills.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, or authorized to work).
- No sponsorship required for employment visa now or in the future.
- Willing to work night shifts (2nd shift, 3rd shift, or 2nd shift TWRF 10-hour shifts).
Training:
- Approximately six weeks of hands-on training before departmental assignment.
- Participation in virtual Inspired Hires orientation with presentations to enhance product, company knowledge, and leadership skills.
- Six-month on-the-job operational training program.
Shift:
- Most Team Leaders start on second or third shift.
- Extended hours, including weekends, may be required.
